GFI-Mexico - The Puebla Project
GFI-Mexico conducted a very successful project for Pemex, Mexico's national petroleum company. From June until December 2002, GFI-Petromark™ marked fuel in one of Pemex's 77 terminals, known as Puebla. These terminals are serviced by 24,427 trucks and provide petrol to some 721 gas stations. This venture was extremely productive. As a result of the test results, Pemex decided to close 6 gas stations. Additionally, Pemex has reported significant increases in sales at their Puebla terminal.
